Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:

  • Damaged flowers upon delivery
  • Incorrect product received
  • Delivery failure caused by our team
  • Missing items from the order

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available if:

  • Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer
  • The recipient refused the order
  • Delivery could not be completed due to recipient unavailability

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days depending on the payment provider.

Reporting Issues

Any issue with an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photos if applicable.
